Educational only, not financial advice. Enter your own faucet's numbers. The calculator does not know any faucet's rates.

Faucets change rewards, timers and payout rules without notice. If your faucet pays through a micro-wallet with a higher minimum, enter that minimum in MINIMUM PAYOUT. Money values use today's live price; your coins are worth whatever the price is when you sell or spend them.

What a Crypto Faucet Pays per Hour of Claiming

Your pay per hour from a crypto faucet is your daily earnings in money divided by the hours you spend claiming. In our worked example, that comes to about $2.51 per hour. With 50 sats per claim across 24 claims a day, you gather 1,200 sats daily, which equals about $1.00 at an $83,633 Bitcoin price (Coinbase, 12 October 2026). Spending one minute on each claim adds up to 24 minutes a day.

Our calculation changes if the token price drops, if you reduce the number of claims you complete each day, or if the faucet operator cuts the reward per claim. Compare other small-earning options through our guide to crypto earning apps.

How to Use the Calculator

Enter the payout amount for a single successful claim in the REWARD PER CLAIM input, and select your payout asset as sats, gwei, or USDT. One bitcoin equals 100,000,000 satoshis (sats), while one gwei equals 0.000000001 ETH, as shown in the Ethereum developer documentation.

Set CLAIMS PER DAY to the number of claims you make every 24 hours. In MINUTES PER CLAIM (captcha, ads, waiting), put the active minutes one claim takes, including timers, ads and captchas.

Pick your display currency under SHOW MONEY IN. The choices are USD, EUR, GBP, INR, AUD and CAD. The calculator takes live rates from CoinGecko or uses Coinbase exchange rates as an alternate source.

In MINIMUM PAYOUT (same unit), type the balance the faucet requires before it pays out to your wallet. In WITHDRAWAL FEE (same unit, 0 if none), enter the fixed fee the faucet takes from that payout, or 0 if the faucet charges nothing.

The calculator reports your return under PER HOUR OF CLAIMING, displaying your rate in money alongside the daily hours spent claiming. The PER DAY / PER MONTH section shows your totals across both timeframes in your selected currency and crypto units. FIRST PAYOUT displays the calendar days required to reach the threshold, what you receive after deducting the fee, and the percentage share that the fee consumes. You can review our explainer on crypto faucets to understand basic payout structures, or model long-term balances with the sats stacking calculator.

How the Math Works

The calculator uses standard formulas to convert small crypto fractions into everyday earnings:

per day = reward per claim × claims per day

per month = per day × 30.44

hours a day = claims per day × minutes per claim ÷ 60

hourly rate = money per day ÷ hours a day

days to first payout = minimum payout ÷ per day (rounded up)

you receive = minimum payout − withdrawal fee

Consider the worked example using default inputs at a Bitcoin price of $83,633:

50 sats × 24 claims = 1,200 sats per day

1,200 sats ÷ 100,000,000 × $83,633 = $1.00 per day

1,200 sats × 30.4375 (365.25 ÷ 12) = 36,525 sats per month ($30.55 per month)

24 claims × 1 minute ÷ 60 = 0.4 hours per day (24 minutes)

$1.00 ÷ 0.4 hours = $2.51 per hour

5,000 sats minimum payout ÷ 1,200 sats per day = 4.17 (rounds up to 5 days)

With a withdrawal fee of 0, you receive the full 5,000 sats, which was worth about $4.18 at that Bitcoin price. To check real-time conversion values for any specific satoshi balance, open the sats to dollars converter.

When the Answer Is Wrong for You

This calculator uses the specific figures you provide, because it does not know any faucet's live reward rates, reset timers, or withdrawal terms. Faucets can change rewards, countdown timers, and payout minimums without notice. If an operator alters its numbers, your actual return will diverge from the initial estimate, so enter the new numbers to update it.

Many faucets pay through a micro-wallet with its own minimum; if that minimum is higher than the faucet's, enter it in MINIMUM PAYOUT. Fiat valuations rely on live exchange rates from CoinGecko or Coinbase. Your tokens are worth only what the market pays when you sell or spend them later. Never run automated scripts to bypass site timers, because faucet operators can terminate accounts for bot activity, as explained in our review of crypto faucet bots.

Common Questions

How much can you earn from a crypto faucet?

With our baseline of 50 sats per claim across 24 claims, you collect 1,200 sats daily, or roughly $1.00 when Bitcoin trades at $83,633. Over a month of 30.44 average days, that pace produces 36,525 sats, or roughly $30.55. Your earnings change with the reward per claim, how often you claim, and the bitcoin price.

Why does the hourly rate matter more than the daily total?

A faucet might pay $1.00 a day, but that total requires 24 minutes of active attention if each claim takes one minute. $1.00 a day ÷ 0.4 hours = about $2.51 per hour. Compare that hourly rate with what an hour of your time earns elsewhere.

Does a withdrawal fee change whether a faucet is worth it?

A withdrawal fee reduces the net tokens that arrive in your personal wallet. If a faucet requires a 5,000-sat minimum payout and charges a fee, your payout equals the minimum payout minus that fee. The FIRST PAYOUT card shows the share of each payout the fee takes.

Can I use this for faucets that pay in ETH or USDT?

The REWARD PER CLAIM unit selector offers sats, gwei and USDT. One gwei equals 0.000000001 ETH. You can input reward amounts and threshold limits for these units to view hourly, daily, and monthly projections in your chosen fiat currency.

Why does my result change when I reload the page?

The calculator checks CoinGecko, or Coinbase if CoinGecko does not answer, whenever you open or refresh the page. If the price of Bitcoin or Ethereum moves, your projected fiat returns update automatically. If neither CoinGecko nor Coinbase answers, the calculator's status line shows "Live price unavailable" and the calculator switches to estimate rates.
